Who we are

Stocked & Shared is operated by Daniel Hudson, who is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and its associated newsletter and free course.

Correspondence address: 14 Broadway, Catterick Garrison, DL9 4RF
Privacy enquiries: insights@stockedandshared.com

Information we use and why

Our signup form collects your first name and email address so we can provide the free Panic Recovery book and video course and manage your Stocked & Shared subscription.

If you contact us, we also process your email address and the information included in your message.

Website services, analytics and cookies

The website includes Google Analytics, Jetpack statistics and Burst Statistics for measuring website use. These services can process technical information about visits and devices. Information about Automattic’s processing of website visitor information is available in its visitor privacy notice. Course and email delivery uses Systeme.io.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent your personal information, share it with other businesses for their own marketing, or use Stocked & Shared subscriber details for Wealth Blueprint Academy marketing.

We use WordPress.com/Automattic for website services and Systeme.io for signup, email and course delivery. These providers process information as needed to supply their services.

Messages sent to our contact email address are forwarded to Daniel Hudson’s Gmail account so he can read and respond to enquiries.

We normally delete routine enquiries 12 months after they have been resolved, unless there is an ongoing reason to retain them.

We review inactive newsletter subscriptions after 24 months and remove information that is no longer needed.

If you unsubscribe, marketing emails stop. We may retain a minimal suppression record to respect your decision and prevent further marketing emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not automatically cancel your free course access. Course-account information is retained while we provide that access, with deletion requests considered separately.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the circumstances and the applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct your information, request erasure or restriction, object to processing, or request data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact us using the email above to make a request.

You can object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing at any time. You can also unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails.

Complaints and further details

You can raise a concern with us or complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.
